Oyindamola was our Programme Lead and Learning Experience Designer for the Idea to launch bootcamp. She collaborated with the Subject Matter Experts, SMEs conducting 1-2-1 meetings for content alignment and managed Fetech and SME’s content on the LMS.
She handled the community engagement with participants by communicating important information and managing the feedback process for all modules and entire bootcamp to ensure improvement for the next cohort.
She co-facilitated the sessions to support the team with brainstorming to solve challenges both live and remotely.
