Oyindamola Ojo Eriamiatoe, is a seasoned expert with a remarkable 20-year journey in Entrepreneurship, Programme Management, Edtech, and Event Management, is a Certified Digital Learning Professional (CDLP) and Managing Director at Beccamola Ltd. Oyindamola, a proud alumna of Cranfield Postgraduate University and member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is unwavering in her commitment to excellence, driving change, and operational performance through the design of effective learning experiences.

Serving on the Board of Directors at the Learning Network and pioneering the eLearning and Instructional Designers (eLID) Hub Initiative, Oyindamola is deeply invested in nurturing the future of eLearning. Her passion not only lies in empowering emerging eLearning Designers but also in guiding underrepresented learning professionals. Through mentoring, skill enhancement, and facilitating their transition into the EdTech space, she aims to enhance their employability and capability to spearhead thriving eLearning ventures.
